Fourth of July 2021 Firework Shows near Pittsburgh, PA

In about a week, many of us will be gathering with friends and family to celebrate Independence Day or Fourth of July. Many of us celebrate by cooking burgers on the grill, enjoying the nice weather, and wearing red, white, and blue clothing. While we all have our own traditions for celebrating the holiday, we all enjoy a fun fireworks show. If you don’t know where you’ll be watching fireworks this year keep reading. Celebrate Independence Day with Entertaining Firework Shows

  1. Flashes of Freedom Fireworks at Point State Park. This Fourth of July show provides live music, performances, historical reenactments, education activities, food concession stands, and of course, fireworks. This event will be occurring July 2nd through July 4th with each day ending with a fireworks and laser show.
  2. Crafton Boro Fireworks and Trainwreck. On Sunday, July 4th from 7 to 10 p.m., enjoy fireworks and live music at Crafton Park in Crafton, PA. The event will start with food concessions that have ice desserts and crepes, then Trainwreck will play for two hours before fireworks end the day.
  3. July 4th Fireworks / Dormont Day. The Dormont Pool is celebrating 100 years and the Fourth of July all in one day.  From 1 to 6 p.m. the pool will be open for the community to swim with the pool lot closing right after to allow for social distancing. Then, at 7:30 p.m., food will be available to purchase and enjoy during the fireworks show.
